Golf Instruction (CGTF Certified)
Just like playing the game, golf instruction is a passion of mine. I enjoy helping folks improve their golf skills and have more fun on the course. Though golf instruction is a casual endeavor, teaching comes natural to me as a full-time college professor of creative, interactive media. Through the Canadian Golf Teacher's Federation, I am a certified Golf Teaching Professional and recognized as one of Canada's Top 50 Golf Instructors (2025), but I also apply my educational background to enhance the teaching and learning process. This includes a Bachelor and Master of Education (deepening teaching methods and techniques), a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing & English (providing more meaningful dialogue and communication), and, not only a graduate of Video Game Design, but for over a decade now, I am a college instructor of game and simulation design, expanding concepts of fun, play, level design/course management, digital media production, and using immersive technologies to create meaningful learning experiences.

My golf studio and facilities include an indoor space for full swing and short game practice and analysis using golf simulators, launch monitors, and a moderate indoor putting surface, but also includes a self-built backyard short game complex which features a 25' x 15' putting green, a sand bunker, and chipping areas.
